Working with Lynne is effortless and enlightening, not to mention fun. Her experience as an author makes her uniquely qualified to help other authors define and achieve their goals. Lynne’s marketing savvy combined with her social media expertise had an immediate positive impact on my social media strategy and execution. I recommend her without reservation.
The thing about working with Lynne is that she’s always a step ahead of you. She has given me exponential growth on Twitter and other social media sites. She has many new ideas and is shrewd in the use of social media. Because Lynne is also an author, she understands the industry and the importance of getting your books in the hands of readers. Working with Lynne is one of the best choices I’ve made as an author.
I have known Lynne Constantine for several years as a fellow author at International Thriller Writers. Recently I have hired her to help with my social media program. She has been fantastic. We did a number of projects, but have focused on Twitter where she has increased my followers significantly, much more than she promised. Lynne did a great job remodeling my website and redesigning some of my branding. She also had a lecture on social media whose CD can be ordered from ITW. I recommend her highly.
Lynne Constantine is knowledgeable, professional, warm and responsive. It was my great pleasure to work with her on a few different projects. During each of them she was the ultimate professional–spelling out deliverables, time-lines, and parameters. She was also responsive to feedback and good at redefining goals. She is definitely a quick-study, as well as knowledgeable about the context of marketing, and social media. I recommend her without reservation. She is the best.
Lynne is an amazing marketer and social media expert. She designed and executed a comprehensive social media platform for our company including: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and website design. She required very little direction and was able to determine our business goals and needs and run with it. Lynne is also a pleasure to work with: flexible, dedicated, and adept at problem solving. She always gets the job done. I highly recommend Lynne to anyone needing strategic direction for marketing and social media.
I attended a class conducted by Lynne Constantine at ThrillerFest 2015 in New York City. I learned a great deal about social media marketing at that session and subsequently retained Lynne to assist me with marketing my novels via social media. She made a big difference in a few ways. She helped me to better understand various social media platforms. She helped me to prioritize my time between various platforms. And she made significant suggestions relative to messaging on different platforms. In addition to Lynne’s expertise, she is also a quality, personable individual who makes the process fun and enlightening.
I am an author and former marketing executive. Lynne demonstrates consistent and seasoned professionalism, combining excellent communication skills (especially listening, asking for clarification as necessary and adding strategic insights) with responsiveness and attentiveness. She’s a Twitter and FB expert, as well as an excellent coach, patiently educating me on best practices for managing my Twitter and FB accounts. She proved to be an indispensable resource for organizing, aligning and deploying my social media initiatives. She has earned my confidence and trust. I recommend her without reservation.
If you think you know how to use Twitter, think again. It’s constantly evolving and author Lynne Constantine’s class was an excellent way to learn what Twitter is really all about and how to maximize your time and effort on line. As a proven expert, Lynne shared all of her hard earned knowledge, insights and shortcuts. As a bonus, she provided additional resources and channels to help create maximum exposure. Time very well spent!
We teaching writing workshops for adults and do manuscript editing for authors. Lynne has
taught several classes in Social Media and Building Your Platform. They were very
successful. She has also worked independently with authors. For our business, Lynne has
handled our twitter account to create a larger awareness of our services. We believe she has
been a true asset.
I took a course on Social Media Marketing with Lynne Constantine and learned so much that I later engaged her to help me with my marketing campaign for selling my suspense novel, Deadly Play. On top of her extraordinary expertise, she is kind, patient and a lovely person.
Rick Openshaw and his team quickly identified gaps within our collection treatment strategies and deficiencies in our tracking methodology. They quickly assisted in both the development and implementation of new strategies and supporting processes and procedures for monitoring and reporting. I highly recommend Rick based on our experiences.
Both the experience and insights that Rick brought to our organization greatly assisted in our organization recognizing what areas we needed to focus on as a business in both our branch and non-branch underwriting strategies. Equally, his understanding of the various bureau providers was valuable in our assessment of our existing vendor relations.
When I think of individuals that get the job done with grace, Rick Openshaw comes immediately to mind.
He has the invaluable ability to bring together multiple, disparate teams from areas such as IT programing, operations, as well as other business units, to obtain optimal integration, while delivering the forecasted ROI.
I saw this in action during the course of a few projects that ran into implementation difficulties. Rick was my (and many others in the organization) go to guy – he never failed to deliver for the customer.
Rick also has an intellect that few possess in business – he understands customer ‘wins’ and uses that as his yardstick to measure his own success. He is always willing to offer his view to improve things and does it in a way that is respectful to the broader team and client.
I would recommend Rick to anyone – he’s that good.
Rick Openshaw is an experienced credit risk and fraud professional. I first met Rick while working at a large Canadian telecom company and we were looking to introduce predictive modeling, risk scoring and a decision system for the management of delinquent consumer accounts.
During the initial engagement, Rick took time to first understand the culture and business in the Canadian telecom sector, as well as current state and business needs. His easy style of interaction was a key element in kicking off the project and he was able to work with many different employees at all levels within the organization, being comfortable in explaining complex issues in simple terms.
Rick is an innovative thinker, and led his team to come up with a solution that was a ground breaking application of current technology, in a way that had not been done before. He was also able to work with me and the credit team to understand a new way of doing business – risk scoring and decision modeling were new to the organization. I looked to Rick as a mentor who coached me in the introduction and implementation of the new system. His skills in working and sharing his knowledge are simply wonderful.
Working with Rick, we were able to implement and manage the changes necessary to move the telecom company from rudimentary receivables management to a more sophisticated method of assessment and treatment. Not only was Rick able to help with predictive modelling and decisions, he provided input and advice in the treatment and dialer strategy necessary to support the new method of working.
Following implementation, Rick ensured that we had the support we needed to manage the first year’s growing pains. His client engagement reflected the personal commitment he brings to any company he works with.
Following implementation, we were able to achieve a 25% reduction in bad debt and corresponding reduction in Days Sales Outstanding YoY, and sustain and improve in subsequent years, while reducing the workload for the frontline agents and costs savings from letter campaigns.
I would never hesitate to bring Rick into a project, knowing the value he adds to a work team.
