Rick brings over 25 years experience to the consumer and small business leading and payment industries. Prior to establishing Sound Solutions Consulting in 2012, Rick worked for CITIGROUP as VP of portfolio risk management for 12 years, MasterCard as SVP of Fraud and Risk management for 11 years and FICO for 5 years. He has strong background in Life Cycle Credit Risk Management in Consumer Lending and Small Business Lending.

His expertise in origination and portfolio risk management, system design, fraud management, collections management, modeling and analytics has resulted in a consistent record of contributions and leadership in each assignment.

Susan began her career on Wall Street immersed in the investment world for over 20 years working in some of the top global financial institution such as: Credit Suisse, Bear Stearns, and the Royal Bank of Canada. From there Susan gravitated to the world of digital marketing having worked with small and large companies to identify and establish their online presence.

Susan is always looking to be challenged, and together with her partner Diane Pulzello recognized a niche and set up WhiteglovePR, a concierge social media marketing company dedicated to helping authors identify their brand and navigate the basics of the different platforms of social media.

Lynne has extensive marketing experience in traditional and digital marketing. Her background includes senior marketing positions in the financial services industry where she honed her expertise in: direct marketing, branding, positioning, product development, targeting, segmentation, portfolio management, and managing cross-functional teams. Lynne has a deep understanding of today’s marketing landscape and the changes social media has brought to it.

She is a fiction author who leveraged her marketing expertise to build her own social platform and use it to boost her sales and promote her books. She is a pubic speaker, talking to organizations about using social media to achieve their marketing objectives and has helped many authors and entrepreneurs build their own social media following.
